Zapco Customer Service = HORRIBLE

I own three Zapco DC reference amps. I have had it happen once or twice, i shut off the car, started it up again, and it was perfectly fine. Haven't had the problem happen again in a long *** time.

Been selling/installing tons of DCRs for several years now and yes the problem has arose once or twice. However they were Extremely prompt about handling it, even expedited the exchange.

However my curiosity lie in why are You having to deal with this ? How come your dealer is not making these calls/emails/concerns ? Did you have a cap in line with your tweeter ? Could have very possibly saved your tweeter.

Shelly was recently ( a few months back) literally thrown into her position when some changes were made. She has an enormous plate in front of her which is a lot to handle especially when put into a position that was never expected. Cutting a little slack can go a long way. Still makes me wonder why your dealer has not handled this for you though ..

I could make the payment on a new plastic shitbox if i wanted to, but i choose not to, i dont like owing people money or making payments on anything as i pay cash. Besides i can get something much nicer for the same amount. Maybe one day ill get one, dont need one right now though. Im actually considering buying an 80 model ford bronco, technically an SUV but much better than an escalade. A Bronco would be what id say is a mans SUV.

i cannot believe a company of that stature would treat customers like that. of course, they deal with a bunch of tools trying to freeload off them, but trying to charge for an admitted fault? thats beyond bad

I hear if you leave certain phone numbers in certain areas of the 'net then certain people will get lots of impromptu calls. But thats purely speculation though.
