i have the same sundown sticker in the same spot on my car but i took off the audio part . i wana ask can u tune the subs lower i was looking in to a few of them if my 12s dont work out the way i wanted.

Yes the subs can be tuned lower. Problem is with a small box and low tuning, the port length gets ridiculously long. I wanted to go 33 but with the space I have 35 is as low as I can go.

lol I know. Problem is finding a decent replacement that will fit. This car uses a darn reverse terminal batt and I do not want to remove the stock alternator/ground in order to extend the battery cables. I also need something with almost no height. Stupid car

i seen your space back there i think i have more room to work with then you. i have a 03 tiburon i was thinking of a few 8's. im gona keep an eye on this one . the only issue i had was geting a box together for 4-8 subs. do u have anymore pics of those 8's ?

I did. Sad day, but I couldn't afford to keep them and do this build. I made a good amount of money on them though. Rumor has it that they ARE going to be building them again soon (from a very trustworthy source)

Little update. Amp is mounted. My battery didn't come today as it was supposed to, I really hope usps didn't lose the **** thing lol. Mounting the amp went a decent but the wire isn't flexible enough for my liking, I couldn't get as tight of a bend out of the amp as I wanted. Consequently I probably won't be able to do much else with the wiring.

I also want to eventually do a wooden floor panel as the piece of crap carpet that comes with the car looks like crap. That will be done later on though

did u get knu's flex one? it was cheapest one i seen and it was pretty flexible

Its the KCA. Supposedly the same flexibility as the fleks. The hyperflex I had in my other car was quite a bit better but it is 2 or 3 times the price. This will do for now.
