your thoughts on this Polk Audio 12

I need a 350-400W RMS DVC 4ohm sub on a budget to go in a small sealed enclosure. dont need anything special just not a POS. How are these Polks? it's says it's Marine certified, does it matter?

marine certified doesnt matter.

i love my polk MM subs, and for $70, that sub looks nice sealed about 1 cubic foot

I'm not sure if i'm right about this, but i think marine certified means it was made for a boat? Like it has special materials for boat subwoofers? I don't know, i saw an amp that said something similar to that and thats what it was. I might be wrong though. Don't' have much experience w/ polk woofers so I cant say anything good or bad. hope it works out for you man.
