How'd you get the background plain with just the text?

you adjust it in the main menu of the hu

You just go into the Entertainment menu and set it for that. I hate gay screensavers.

^ you can set the display to blank, nothing shows up until you start navigating tracks, changing volume, etc.

heres mine. the reading is kinda high on the HU so its pointless to me, the readings on the battery terminals are normal.

mine shows 16.7 at idle. I sent one back before and this is the one I got back. Not interested in waiting for another one again.

o lol i thought it really was a defect, honestly i dont know for sure why it says 16.7v. i was told it was b/c of an extra capacitor in an amp.

the first time i sent it back was kinda my fault..
