wow thats pretty koo. how does the headunit read the voltage? is it hook up to the battery or something?

lol yea, how else would it power up... if you look on page one you can see the 3rd pic i posted has a picture of the wireharness... the yellow wire with the black box is the battery wire
...I just cummed alittle.
oh. i didnt look at the pic. haha i just assume you hook it to the stock harness.

look around the FS threads, i think there was at least 2 people selling their 880prs for around $200
i'll post mine up after a while. i got mine alont with the pioneer adapter for $250 shipped. great deal imo. sexy hu's as well. alot of functionality. i upgraded from an 860. i love mine to death.

if i didn't own an Alpine 9835, this wouldve been my other choice of a headunit.

I wrestled with this one for about a month. I was very close to getting this head unit. I really like the looks of this deck. I would seem to be able to do it all. But I went with the Excelon X-990. There were alot of factors that went into my decision, but I do believe I would have been very happy with this Pioneer deck. It's a beauty.
