I feel every member who bought into this scam and then called me and other members names because we didnt believe him should apologize. Me and those other members were just trying to protect you from being scammed and you guys were very rude to us.

I know I felt very hurt by the incident.

G' Is it possible that you are giving refunds because you have been found out and the fact that fraud is punishable by the law? the fact that you are refunding the money does not change the fact. If I rob a bank, then return the money, does not change the fact that I robbed the bank.

Why didn't you simply tell the truth (if your story is true?)and ask for help for John? I am feeling there was intent to defraud, it just doesn't add up. You actually said that when you found out about the auction that "you were brought to tears" Was this part of the story?

Forget bringing John on, simply scan a article from the paper that notes Hannas death, it will have Johns name there also, include the date and paper s we can verify without bringing John into this if he is the real deal.

LOL at the OP thinking that just because he returns everything nothing can be done. You committed fraud dumbass. You can do jail time because it's probably only a misdemeanor not a felony. And with the dumb stuff people sue for today it wouldn't be too hard for someone to press civil charges against you for emotional distress or something and actually winning a judgement. Especially considering you used the death of a 4 year old girl in your scam. I hope anyone that gave you money gets your information and presses civil charges against you to get some money from you and then hopefully you get taken into criminal court as well so you can be sentenced to some jail time.

betrayed. the manner in which it was done, especially if there is no John with a daughter that passed named Hanna, is the next thing to evil. I hope that John and hanna are real, although that doesn't make this right.
