I am a lil pissed the alt i just got is acting weird and is prolly about to go.. I only paid 140 for it and its a 200a alt. A guy i know builds them and said it would work great. Ha that shit is lighting up the dash and volt drops are nuts. I was looking at a excess amperage alt by that guy nate. Are they worth the money. EA alts arent bad. like all companies you will find some good and some bad about them. not every alt will work perfect. then its a matter of customer service and getting it taken care of.

what kind of car do you have?

what size alt was the 340 shipped for?

Oh and just to put it out here cuz i forgot to list it before I hit a 138.6 at the headrest at the bass battle At extreme audio It was really fun and i think i hittin up some more shows soon but want to get this **** alt worked out lol I just did a single run and played a 45 tone But i was playing around in the driveway today and found that 42 in my car seems to be louder I destroyed yet another 100a fuse so put the big boy in til i get better alt 250a lol

200a for a chevy camaro z28 which has the 5.7 L in it and i am staying in the 5.7l range wit the new motor also just a few goodies added in lol

rockford t2000.bd but i was not ready running full tilt because i was running a lower fuse and i also know my alt is ****ing up

I got the smallest yet annoying piece of glass in my foot its pissing me off cuz it broke and wont come out !!

when you put the new one in is the belt tight? That's a lot of problems people have is a loose belt after putting one in with a smaller pulley and same belt.
