I wouldnt go that far just yet. I feel for both the buyer and seller in this situation because I have received damaged items before and of the hundreds that I have shipped a few have arrived to their destinations in awful condition. It is all in how it is resolved after the item is found to be damaged. I am sure the buyer and seller can work it out.

what did ups do to the box. kick it around couple of times man... that wood crack at the corner.. it had to be drop or something..dont they read the box, if it say fragile or anything... good luck on resolving it..

No doubt UPS beat the shit out of that. They cracked the freakin wood. I also think the packaging job was poor as well. Seriously guys, you have to pack your stuff expecting UPS to kick it around.
