Anyone have Volfenhag subs?

Hey Guys,

I have 2 12' Volfenhag subs w/ 500 watts rms and 1000 watt max. They hit pretty dang hard and one has a bad voice coil and the other is going as well. I bought them about 3 years ago and they have been like this the whole time.

My setup is:

Mobile Authority 1 farad cap

The Volfenhags

AudioBahn A8002T 2 Channel amp

Which would you recommend? Buying two more? Or just buying one and hooking it up the the amp? I think as of now each sub is getting around 200 watts.

Also, I have a no name box and am thinking about putting dynamat inside of the box. What do you think?

i had volfenhag 10's and killed them in

i know a kid that has one. he has an amp to. if you want i could c if he wants to sell em. im pretty sure he does? what do those subs go for anyway?

If they suit you fine and you are happy with them, get some more, they are cheap and car audio is for the user, not for what others think. You like 'em, get some more.

Personally I would invest in something better.

I have heard them and they do get loud. But They dont hold up for to long...
