PayPal doesn't do shit.

i don keep $ in my paypal i do it through my credit card and if smbdy scams me--i get my $ back right away.

make sure u keep all the evidence agains the scammers.

Coz when Credit Card does investigation if you're or other party is wonrg u get charged way more than u scammed. it all depends on how much time they spend investigating.

Again diff credit card companies might have different rules. i have been completely satisfied with mine. 2 won cases. and in one scammer was bewggin me to take the charge back although it wasnt inmy hands anymore.

hopefully being out 128 wont hurt u financially that much.

But u gotta be completely honest with your CC, if with investigation they find out smthing u withheld, or lied about or u submitted the proof after the deadline--it all goes against you and now u owe them the $$$.

I wouldn't buy anything off here without a credit card.

My charge back, I sent them basic info on the transaction, they called me, I said "I sent money for an amp through paypal, turns out the guy is a known scammer under a different screen name, and the amp never came".

That was it, no providing proof, nothing. Money was back in my account within a couple days.

There are billions of horror stories of paypal, unfortunatly they have such a good marketing team that the general public has no idea how shady they are.

I unfortunatly have to have a pay pal account to purchase anything over the net because no one wants to wait 2 or 3 days for a money order to clear.
