The cut out looks awesome!!! What did you use to cut out the letters?

believe it or not a laminate router with a 1/4" strait cut and it was all free-hand

things i still need to do

cut the lexan

paint the interior of the enclosure

bolt up the glass

mount the woofer

make trim panels out of fiberglass

flush mount amp

carpet it all

install amp
