500 for sub(s)/amp. need help

ok so a few of u may have already heard my plans. i was goning to sell 2 12'' CVRs in a kicker box for 300 and get a 15'' type R. well today i was offered 500 for my amp (alpine mrd-605) and my CVRs and i couldnt resist and told him tomorow it was a done deal. so now i have 500 for sub(s) and an amp and i need some help narrowing it down to a few choices. im looking for a loud sql setup 60spl/40sq. ive got about enough room for a 5 cube box if needed.

alpine type R seems cool...2 12's or 1 15...maybe some digital design 12's like 2 2512's or something they are priced right...3512's little too much for ur budget...500 gets subs and for an amp maybe umm...not sure...whichever one you like

Hmmmm, I think you can get a 15" R on ebay for aroun $200 shipped (ballpark). Toss in an ED nine.1 for $300 shipped and you will be good to go IMO.

I beleive that amp only does 600 RMS @ 1 ohm = not enough. You can find more power for the same or less $$$ to fit in your budget. The HCCA-D2400 would be a good choice or try to find a used 1200D around.

i posted the wrong amp lol. i meant a 1200d

1200D would be a nice fit, but I am not sure if you can find them new. I remember seeing a few for sale a little while back. 1200D would work well, just make sure you get the D2 sub so it can be wired down to 1 ohm on the amp.
