I always disliked the look of the Xenon's so I did this today while I watched the playoffs.

I bought it used and it had some major scratches/dents on it. I was going to pick up a new cover anyway so I didn't really care about this one.

I used a jigsaw, drill and a file. I have to pick up some finer grit sand paper to finish the polishing. The hardest part other than hand sanding was cutting the plexiglass without it cracking.

definitely start with sandpaper, at least through 2000grit.

just to get rid of the any big scratches.

if you try to do too much with the mag polish it will take forever.

Great. Very powerful. Although I won't be using it alongside this one. My 100.4 will be running something active...not sure what yet.

You should have saw it before I started. I had to beat it back staight with a rawhide hammer.
