Xbox360/PS3 Game Downloading Websites.. Legit or no?

I'm looking at a website that advertises you can download all the new games and it'll work without modding the xbox, prepatched, for 40 dollars a year.. It claims to be legal and be able to be played on xbox live.. Anyone try any of these sites? I heard theres a lot, and am interested since i just got an xbox and most likely will not buy more than 1 or 2 games. Thanks.

It's not legal, they may or may not work, but I wouldn't do it.

I'm just curious because of blockbuster and gamefly, and i figured there'd be someone out there that would charge a fee and let you just download it eventually.. I basically got a 360 for free, and would play games but the rental places locally **** and i would never pay 60 dollars for any game ever.
