Even w/o it following the Comic books I still thought the movie was horrible. There is like no action and it's almost all talk. It just wasn't amusing I'm sorry I have my own opinion lol
and yeah I don't think they should just make up their own story line for a movie. and if there going to they could at least make it good lol

If they did this, the would only attract people that have read the comic books. They have to do what is best in trying to attract a bigger audience. So if the promote these movies being like the comic books then they would never make as much money as they have. So its a smart marketing if you ask me. Personally me I liked the first one and thought the 2nd one wasnt as good, as it didnt have enough action for me. i'm assuming this will be the final installment? i mean i know the title sorta gives you that idea and all but ya never know, $ talks.
also who dies if i had to guess i'd say it's Scott, but that's going off him saying he wouldn't do another movie even if they asked lol.

i bet your scott is a ****in *** ive allwasy hated his ***. If they killed off wolvorie i wouldnt watch another comic book movie. Wolverine is the best comic book character ever

That really has nothing to do w/ anything IMO...Cause people seeing it for the first time won't know whats going on just like people who never read the comic books never knew who any of the characters are when they went and saw it anyways....so it bein' a marketing factor....I don't think it played a big role in it

ok, to all these people who say that the movie lacks ACTION...i dont no what movie u wree watching...because holy SHIT...i thought it was jam packed...mabye not constant action...but when there was it was done majnificantly!...plus without dialect, there isnt much of a story, or plot, to have action about...

think about daredevil and elecktra for instance, both of those went along with the short lived comic series pretty well, or so i thought. neither of those movies got any appreciation which personally, i like both of them, the extended daredevil though not the normal one. i will go see this movie this weekend possibly but i might just wait until mid week as the crowds will die down.

spiderman doesn't really follow along with the comic and it did well. yeah it has the main focal points but where is venom, where is the green lantern and so on and so forth.

i remember reading somewhere green lantern was supposed to be the villian for the 3rd movie, that might have been before keirsten dunst or however you spell her name got all uppity and decided not to sign on for a 4th.

I was excited to hear this lol...but then I read who was going to be doing it. It's the Skinny kid from That 70's show!!!!??? I don't understand how that'll work but we'll find out next year I guess!

The blonde guy from Sideways is playing sandman, and there's no listing of venom. They have the lizard named though and he's being played by Dylan Baker. So far the only real confirmed villian at least what i just read is those that i listed.

Venom will be in the final 5 minutes or so of the movie as the pre-lude to the 4th movie. Which supposedly will be Venom and Harry as the Green Lantern.
