wtt jl amp+ipod for din

i have a jl audio 250/1v2, thats a few months old, and is in 10/10 mechanically n physically. the ipod is a 30 gb video ipod, its black, nothing real serious, but its really only useful for in car. sometimes when headphones are in, one will cut out, not sure if its the ipod or headphones. Im looking to trade both for a double din. please let me know what ya got. will post pics when i get home.
