I looking to trade my 18 inch RE SX subwoofer for something smaller like 12 inch subwoofer that can handle 1 ohm and little over 1600 w rms. I bought this subwoofer off Supergumby5000 and true fully it just been sitting in the box in my room:(. I can not get any one in town to build me a box for in my price range and I think just want something little smaller like 12 inch .

dude dont get rid of it..a nice sub, even if your box doesn't come out as nice or as effecient ..it is always best to get your hands dirty. Honestly really doesnt take much time to design and build.. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif just find a friend who has a good set of tools and/or cutting skills :p

It really isnt hard to make a box at all.. Just takes practice and paitence. If tools are your downfall and you dont have many then find someone with them! Its so cheaper to build your own box.

Well I have every thing except table saw . When we first bought my house we installed some wood floors and so we got all nail guns , air compressor stuff like that. I am just worry my old car not going to like that heavy of sub and box in the trunk so that's why leaning towards smaller box and smaller sub.

Bump!
