If you're still listed as a member and can access the site you aren't banned.

If it doesn't say "Banned" as your user text under your name, you aren't banned.

If you were banned, it'd say "banned" under your username......or atleast used to. I don't think goobs changed banning methods yet to where it wouldn't say banned under your name.
