you clearly stated no returns...explain that to him and tell him if he files a claim then you won't take it back. Tell him if he works with you, you'll take care of it.

I would not accept a return. Especially after him and the claim. I bet it was user error, There is a slim chance it was kickers fault. But good luck. I would just take the negative if he wants to be like that.And then respond to the feedback so other can see.

The threat of filing a claim just makes it sound like he was trying to scam you. I say screw him.

And if you notify eBay about the situation, you should be able to keep your feedback

No it needs to be sent back to kicker, if that is done it will be free. I will work with you and refund the money, but if you file a claim i will not work with you and will fight it out with paypal. I know how paypal works and i can guarantee that they will side in my favor as the auction was AS is no returns and i have a tracking number to prove you received the amp. Its up to you now.

yea, forward that email to ebay. its called feedback extortion. and i wouldn`t take the amp back. he`s already taken it apart. sounds like maybe he swapped his bad insides from another 2500 into the case from the one he bought from you and vise/versa. if you get a neg o well. i got a few on my ebay from idiots. you cant please what seems to be a scammer
