WTF just happened (HIDs)

OK I already have my headlights (low beams) HIDs installed for about a week now, no problem. I just finished installing my fog lights (hids) and they worked fine, so I turned them off. I noticed that one of the bulbs I didn't put it too secure, it was kind of shaking so I fixed it. When I went to turn on the lights they all turned on, both the headlights (low beams, HIDs) and the foglights (hids) then all of a sudden both of my foglights turned off at the same time! Now they don't want to turn back on. What could be the problem??

Where are the fuses on the HIDs? I can't find them. It brought two fuses but they worked without them.

It's GP Thunder...it came with two extra fuses but I don't know where to put them. I only have replaced amplifier fuses before.

How do you have the Fog lights wired....are they on an independent Circuit or are the wired up through the factory fuse box??? If they are run through the fuse box, Check the Fuse thats protects the circuit that the Lights are on.
