WTF is wrong??

ok i had my system connected for 2 months and just yesterday when i turned on my HU the subwoofers make a popping noise. and the subwoofers make some whining noise all the time, no clean sound at all. Also when i turned on my HU i noticed the speakers connected to the HU did not work , the only way they work is if the RCA is dosconnected from the amplifier. any1 knows what the F@*# is wrong i really want to get this fixed. and thanks in advance.

what equipment are you running?

I'd go over the speaker wires and make sure nothing is shorting out.
