there is an option that will make it appear in front of every other program. Just find it in preferences/options and turn it off. U probably hit a command while the window was on. My winamp turned HUGE one time and i couldnt figure out how to make it normal size but finally i found what I was looking for.

right next to where the visualization is on and time status, theres a row of letters, the second one down should be an 'A', this means always on top, click it to toggle between on and off. and the one that makes it huge is i think the 4th one down thats a 'D' that means double size

No kidding. I wouldn't recommend anything newer honestly. The newest versions are crap.
