EDIT: It was actually from paypal in reguards from a ebay transaction... never had this happen before...is it a option from the buyer?

think i figured it out.. i think its cuase i havnt sold anything on there within the last 12 months...it says i have 0% feedback but 44 positive ref's .....i had 100% last time i sold...idk.
