Kinetik modifies them and sells them like that. He didn't do it himself. I don't know if they still do it this way or not, but that is how it used to be a good while back.

why not just call Kinetik and buy some 16v batteries, would be easier than trying to mod your current 12v battery

much more reserve and wiring options, compaired to the same amount of 16V's

u wire the 4V side to the extra 12V batteries and wire the 4 8V sides into 2 16V batteries essentially. basically u need 8 batteries to do it 4 regular 4 modded.

well by the time i buy 8 batts i wouldnt even need to go 16V anyway

You only need 4 and you will have 3 16V batts. 8 was only for extra reserve.
