Those were normal 2400s. im trying to figure out how in the hell did he mod those batts to make them 16V? are there any tutorials online? also could this be done with normal batts?

I believe it is the way you wire the batteries. If you look, you can see some +'s connected to the -'s.

yea but shit. if he just wired them in series that would be 24Vs. remeber those are regular 12v batts.

let me be more specific lets say i wanted to modd my batts like that, only thing is have to do is go inside the batt. and basically make my own terminal that is connected inside the batt that is connected to the 4V side?

kinetik HC 14/17V's they would split them up custom for people like that mostly they just did 8v/4V with a standard 12V cell.

That isn't something you do yourself.

Basically it has an extra post so that a single 12v battery becomes an 8v and 4v battery. Then you just wire multiple batts in a series and/or parallel configuration for 16v.

why not just call Kinetik and buy some 16v batteries, would be easier than trying to mod your current 12v battery
