Yeah, it was a fuse 
Under the hood the fuse broke. I replaced it and went back into the car... POP! ****it, I forgot to disconnect the battery.... again lol. I had to stop by local kragen and buy a set of fuses. DISCONNECTED the battery this time, put the fuse it, wired the power wires up, connected batt. and power to the deck! Thanks guys!
