Uhh well if he gives you notice than you can be there and let him in so he doesnt have to use a key....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif Did you learn anything about what happens when you let people in your place without being there?!? Never let it happen...no, but what if he does give me notice? then hell ifnd out that i changed em.
you keep it locked most of the time, but when he says he's coming over, you unlock the new one, and then he can use his key in the original onelol, well what good does his key do if he cant open the door cause of the other lock?
who said it needed to be a deadbolt? He will charge you for putting in a new deadbolt though...thats putting a big *** hole in the door. Just replace it with another one and i bet he wouldnt ever know...as long asa your there when he needs to get in.
well i could see doing that, but what if im out of town? like, what if i got back to philly for the weekend to stay with my parents? then im kinda screwed.you keep it locked most of the time, but when he says he's coming over, you unlock the new one, and then he can use his key in the original oneand make sure youre there when he comes over
lol that is a pretty good idea. Or leave out skunked beer or something.Being a bastard, i say sabotage. Leave some exlax brownies urine whiskey and creamy eclairs out next time you know the maintenance is coming by.
But once agian, i'm a horrible vengeful bastard
