I have a 256 mb strip for laptops. IT is PC2700 200 Pin SO-DIMM. Your laptop is PC2100 so the memory will still work it will just run at the slower speed. The memory is made by Samsung. $25 + shipping sound fine if your interested? I can get a pic if your interested.
