I need a 383 built for my chevy 1500 truck. i have a block to be bored but need just about everything else... if anyone is interested or knows someone who can help im lookin for a smaller company or single person to build it so i can save money. let me know... thanks

I sold a newely rebuilt 383 with a auto ***** that had been rebuilt for $500. Engine had 350hp lol

you might look into a place here in bloomington called motor service. they do alot of motor stuff including boring, polising. stuff like that. i don't know if they will assemble though. let me look for they're #.

812-333-6622. they have a really nice hydrolic press there i used to use all the time if u ever need anything like that done.

dunno ur budget but a member here is selling a built 350 for 2 grand, ur not gonna find a motor with thos parts for that price...

yea i actually tried to get it really bad, but hes about 12 hours from me.

it would probably only cost a couple hundred to ship, still worth it
