The 845 (which I believe is last years model..not sure however, may want to do some research) can be had for right around $250.

yea, i was l;ooking at alot of last years models but I really want the touch screen and would like it in color and the dxz945 is not in color, that's why I have chosen the 855 instead. SQ is great too, I've heard it with the exact speakers I will be getting and the system really sounds great.
