Should be mad at the shop not kicker...

They installed, and sold it to you.

ALL audio shops, that aren't from the stone age. Have transaction records for all of their customers stored on a compter hard drive. All you have to do is ask the shop to print you a new receipt.

This is going nowhere......Please inform me on what makes something like the KX1200.1 better than the ED9.1?

build quality...eD had some serious Customer Service issues back in the 2004 era. Hence why many of us hear are very weary of eD.

Well, you would be the first to tell me of a bad ED amp, and they didn't replace.
