Looking for a good and efficient amp that would put out at least 500 clean watts at 4 ohms for my girlfriends dual 2 ohm 12 Oz audio matrix elite.

P.S. im looking for the power at 4 ohms rather than 1 to minimize the strain on her stock electrical system

question I know that these old rockford put out good power, but dont remember if their efficient, b/c i remember my friends RF would get very hot.

they are pretty efficent they only get hoe when you run them below there ihm rating or something like that they stay pretty cool never got hot on me..

I have a ppi pcx 1250 for sale.. Rated at 12 volts 250 x 1 @ 4 and 500x1@ 2. Not only are they under rated, but will put out alot more than rated power at 14.4 volts.. Built like tanks too! 150 shipped!
