protect will last a looong time. before me, this amp has been sent in to protect countless times for testing and tuning lol. protect circuit is a pretty decent one. but he hasnt sent his alot he told me he just keeps it down so it wont go into protect anymore. mayb like 5 times or so. not that bad at all

Its only gone into protect a few times when I was just testing. I wouldnt keep it at 1 ohm and let it keep going into protect.
