WTB Laptop Screen and Tmobile phone

I have a dell e1405, I need a new screen for it. Also how hard is it to replace? They are on Ebay for 85, I figured I would give this a try first

I also need a cell phone, nothing special

Also I wouldnt mind having another digital camera.. One that can take good pics

The screen is pretty easy if you know what you are doing just replaced my wifes from a temper tantrum..
