Appearance will mean everything to her. Unfortunitely, I will pass. If I were you, I'd use that sub in my house surround. Put it in a small ported box, and hear it roar!

ya it had been in my home theater for the past decade and it has been retired since i dont need bass here anymore

i think they are pretty good looking subs, but obviously not as good looking as the new titanium and aluminum cones can be

there was a brand new 12" TC db-500 in the FS section a few weeks ago for $90 shipped i think, that would probably be an excellent choice for under $100

it has the nice looking aluminum cone
