i just got done installing the right side of my component speakers. This is after spending a week getting everything prepared with no speakers in my car. But i am proud of my work. I liked my the speaker placement in the door (its int he middle of the door) so i wanted to keep the mid speaker there. So i custom welded new brackets to hold the speaker and i put the inch tweeter in the pod and have it on the dash. Even though its only the right speaker, it sounds great.
Yes this is a meaningless post but i was so excited, i've never really heard compnent speakers in a car, so i just went on faith and baught some. (cdt ef-61cv with upgraded crossovers) and im only sending 50 watts rms and they sound great and loud, i'm planing on buying the hifonics amp that put ou 150 x2 i think its like vx6000 or something like that, anyways peace.
