Well if you think about it, decibels are measuring sound PRESSURE level, so at that high of a level the changing pressure could have disastrous effects on the human body. That being said, I'm not sure how they could ever test that since I thought it wasn't possible to have SPL levels that high?

I don't care how cheap the meter is, I can guarantee they never had one that displayed 220 dB, they are just pulling that number out of their ass
