I have both but my room gets hot as hell during the summer. I have a lot of electronics in here that run pretty hot and it doesn't help that my room is surrounded by the laundry room, garage, and the outside. The AC unit is a must to keep my room below 80*. Any hotter than 75, and I can't sleep.

I know exactly what you mean 3 desktops and a laptop, tv and 3 monitors (2 lcd now). My room heats up horribly. This is in a finished basement so I dont have windows, so I've resorted to plopping a fan infront of my door during the summer, even with AC. I love the cold and have a hard time sleeping above 75 ish also.
Sadly I wear those headbands that soak up sweat, just for working on my vehicle. Not the most attractive item to wear.
