a 210 ticket for going 25 over isn't that bad. usualy 25 over will give you court along with a 300+ ticket around here.

as for traffic school i don't think it ever gets you out of a ticket. it just reduces the cost you will pay the ticket for.

i got stopped for doing 53 in a 30. the motorcycle cop gave me a break(first speeding ticket) and reduced my ticket some by dropping the speed down so it wouldn't be a 300+ ticket. after traffic school, i only ended up paying somewhere near 80 bucks.

And yeah.. Traffic school does NOTHING here.. IT MAY reduce your points or w/e a little bit... but thats not even for sure.

But, I was really hoping ihe may have let me off a little easier since it was my first and all, but I guess not.

$210 for 25+ over is not bad at all....

5 over in Michigan is in the city is like $110..... I can't imagine what 25 over would be....

I'm pretty sure it would be reckless/careless driving, and a ticket much more than $210.....

I'm not mad at the ticket.. just that, I went online and started reading up, and found this random extra cost somwhere...

So if I had just payed the amount that I though I was supposed to in the first place I would have been screwed..

Holy shit, you guys got off CHEAP.

I was following traffic going towards big bear mtn, got caught doing 48 in a 30.

$330 to pay for the ticket, not including traffic school fees yet. Waiting on the cost for that. First ticket, 19 years old... lame.

25 over in Washington is almost certainly reckless driving here, and thats about 1,000 dollars. Either that or neg, but you'll most certainly have a court date to go to.
