yah... it's funny how gun shy oregonians (and I'm sure californians) are about snow... I laugh my *** off everytime a flake falls and I'm driving... I lived in Utah and colorado for a few years... 3 ft of snow closed schools for a day... if it snowed 3 ft here people would be expecting the rapture...
