actually, directv has their own call center now, no longer use west, i no longer work for them, i now work for aep/pso i've only lived in tulsa for about 5 yrs, grew up in claremore, unfortunatly our similarities end w/ the nice guy part. sorry.

He got his for $325 w/ 3 year warranty(hasnt needed it of course) and I think it was worth the money.

Yea, the new center is on Sheridan I believe. AEP/PSO is a great job, hard to get a good job around there. Ugh, Claremore, if it makes you feel any better I even lived in Mannford and Terlton....

yea, its on 21st and sheridan, i worked there for almost a year and a half. aep is hard to get on at, only hired 17 people out of several hundred, needless to say im a bit qualified. starting off more than i made at directv after a year and a half. so i cant complain. nothing wrong w/ claremore, i wouldnt be caught dead at the school there, luckly for me i grew up in the country and lived in oologah school district
