i did make the best contribution to the thread though, pointing out how these parasitic leech soldiers are trying to have it both ways by collecting the bonus without having to fulfill the contract.

I'm not pro war at all and I agree with you about the war being a waste of time, money and life but that doesn't mean the soldiers should get screwed over.

Well you know what i have to say to you? You're a fukkin worthless lazy scumbag liberal proponent of welfare.

That is basically what you are advocating, welfare! If they cant finish out their term of service then they didn't earn the money and they should give it back, plain and simple.

I'm a tax payer and i didn't give them that money to just waste on rims and booze for nothing, i expected them to FULFILL the terms of the CONTRACT.

Its not our fault as tax payers that they were so foolish and shortsighted that they spent all the money knowing that they might not finish up their term of service.

They should pay it back or face a court marshal.

Your way off base. I have never in my life even been to the point where I would need welfare. I despise people that receive it. Every time I go to the grocery store and the person in front of me pulls out that stupid little food stamp card it just pisses me off. Especially when all they have is a bunch of junk food. I never have and never would live in a trailer house for that matter. How could they court marshal them when they have already been discharged from the military under a medical discharge?? For you to even compare a wounded vet to those people is just more proof of your ignorance.
