Are the injured soldiers leaving because they're angry that they were injured, or are they being forced to leave?

Yes there are jobs that they could do, well most of them. Some of them take the medical discharge cause they've had enough and some of them are forced to leave.

Ok, well if they are leaving because "they've had enough", then no, they don't deserve their bonus. They gave up, everyone knows and understands the risks involved with joining the service. If you don't, you're an idiot. If there weren't risks you'd see everyone joining for that nice $6K bonus.

Is there a clause saying something along the lines of "If you are injured and inable to complete your duties you will be dischared?".

I don't have to work three jobs but what can I say, I like money. I already did the college thing after I got out of the service. Got an associates degree in information and networking technology along with computer repair from the Cisco networking academy. There's another thing I do on the side, build computers for people. Just not something I would want to do full time, working indoors is so boring.

O, and I didn't even know about the bonus till after I already took the asvab. Anyway, I'm done explaining myself to some goofy bastard thats not man enough for the military from south dakota. In the end the soliders are going to get to keep their bonuses so thats all that matters to me. I met people from all over the world while in was in the service, but not one person from south dakota. Guess your not the only one from south dakota with no nuts so dont feel bad. I'm off to my family's for thanksgiving so Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!
