is it a 12 or 12v unit? not that it really matters. ive seen plenty of installs where they use a 120v eq like that. the real question is do you think you need it?

no way. i know i dont need it. i want to know if this is likely to be something i could sell to a car audio person.even when i did use it at home i didnt need it.

im using these EQ's and this crossover (seperate units tho)

mine are 12v units. you will eaither need to mod the powersupply to get it to work in the car, or you will need to use an inverter (like $40)

I wouldn't use an invertor for something like that (tend to be noisy)......plus, if you compete, invertors are not allowed.

You'd need to figure out plans to convert it to direct 12V use. Cheap donor amp for the power supply, then probe them and figure out what needs wired to where.
