I'd be pissed if I bought something and it wasn't shipped until 2 weeks later. Contact him and see which address he wants it shipped to, whats the problem? If its in mexico then he pays more.

does he have good feedback? have others sent him large items and has he not screwed them? If it is a small item i would ship but over 50 bucks no. Just have him add a card to the address and you are safe. well a little safer.

the only unconfirmed person i ship to is RollerDJ. Unless the person is super well known here, i wouldnt ship unconfirmed. Like: My school address is unconfirmed, but you can still trust me. Werd.

I'm not shipping to Mexico... it is being shipped to Texas address. So should I tell him that he has to add a card to confirm the address before I will ship? He has a few refs, and someone in this thread shipped to him with out any problems. His name is lysfys and I am shipping a brand new Rock Band to him.

Okay, here is my problem. A guy bought some stuff from me about 2 weeks ago, and I ran into some problems and haven't shipped yet. Well I'm looking today at his information in paypal trying to print a shipping label, and this is what his address says:

So his address registered with paypal is the unconfirmed address in Mexico, which I am not shipping to unless he pays more money. The other address is listed as the shipping address, but I'm worried that if I ship to that address I won't be covered if he just says he never received the item. what would you guys do?

The bolded is your clue. Even if he ponies up more money, you would be stupid to ship.

Yes it is a bad idea and I don't car ehow many people say they have had a good transaction with him. If he files a claim you will lose because you sent to unconfirmed.

I think you still need to refund because in the transacaton ID it still will have it listed as unconfirmed. You need to refund have him confirm the addy then redo the payment.

As I said, I don't care how many people have had good luck shipping big items. I don't want to be the first screwed.
