Would you ship to unconfirmed paypal?

Okay, here is my problem. A guy bought some stuff from me about 2 weeks ago, and I ran into some problems and haven't shipped yet. Well I'm looking today at his information in paypal trying to print a shipping label, and this is what his address says:

So his address registered with paypal is the unconfirmed address in Mexico, which I am not shipping to unless he pays more money. The other address is listed as the shipping address, but I'm worried that if I ship to that address I won't be covered if he just says he never received the item. what would you guys do?

unconfirmed is a no-no for me. check to see what recourse you have once your item leaves the country and what recourse HE has if he says he didn't get it. especially with PP.

Well some stuff came up and I ended up being at work for a week from 4 am - 9 pm everynight, and never had an opportunity to get to the UPS store, and then I ended up in Vegas and there were a few problems. Either way, I'm trying to ship today.

unconfirmed is a no-no for me. check to see what recourse you have once your item leaves the country and what recourse HE has if he says he didn't get it. especially with PP.

It isn't getting shipped to the Mexico addy afaik. I'm pretty sure he wants me to ship to the texas addy, but it isn't confirmed or the addy on the account, so idk what to do. Should I ship it to the US addy even though it's unconfirmed?? Or should i ship it to the mexico addy and just have him cover the difference in shipping??

Don't you have to add a bank account to paypal to get "verified"? or is address verification/confirmation different? If you have to add a bank account, I'll never be verified. F-that.
