Would this be louder then a L7

2 12" W6v2's on 1kw or so in a SUV was 10x louder than my 2 12" L7's on a modded 81000D (mayby 1.5-2kw) in my old sedan

if you had the 2 w6s would you port them? if yes then they will be louder than the single L7

^this will be tru 90% of the time unless you **** at building boxes

honestly id run a pair of L5s or just pick up another L7

Or we just read the original post where he already said he was goin to run it ported.

I would take w6s over the L7s.

He keeps saying he wants more SQ so the 2 W6's would be the better choice for him and still be plenty loud compared to 1 L7.

I would go with the w6's as well. Like someone said 90 percent chance its gonna get as loud. I wouldn't even get another amp if the impedence is gonna work for you on those woofers. 1-200 watts more than 1k is not gonna be that much louder to the ear.
