Would This Amp's Power On Mids Drown Out Bass?

i am thinkin of using this amp on my mids:

a pair of beyma 6" midbass speakers and a pair of focal 6.5" comps. all speakers

are 4ohms and are 100 watts rms. my bass is the JBL GTO 12"sub Dual 4ohms. got a rockford fosgate 400watt mono amp on it. im looking at this power acoustik amp, the Power Acoustik OV4 1600 watt 4 channel amp. its bout 150x4 at 4ohms,

180x4 at 2 ohms and 360x2 at 4ohms. Does this amp produce good clean power and will it do the job good on my mids. also will this much power on my mids drown out my bass, in other words will there be a imbalance of mids and highs with the bass? can anyone help me and give me some advice? thanx!!!!!
