Would this 4 channel work well for Active?

LMAO that is probably one of the best excuses I have heard for having to go active. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rotflol.gif.b453361716769b8110ddefc85ff03cd2.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/hilarious.gif.02a037aad04aa96f19982b298a3d70a8.gif:hilariou://content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/hilarious.gif.02a037aad04aa96f19982b298a3d70a8.gif

No, I'm serious man. I made a thread about it like last Saturday or something. I went outside to help work on the A/C, and I come back in and the dog has my box on the floor with the crossover chewed to hell. I really don't even want to mess with the tuning of an active system, but whatever.

I've seen setups that use 30 watts RMS per channel on tweeters and even those gains are turned all the way down. When you set just about any amplifier to reproduce 1,000 Hz and above, it is capable of outputting a lot more power than if you have it set to reproduce full range frequencies because it doesn't have to work as hard.
