Pyle used to be made in Huntington Indiana and USED to be part of Harmon Industries..they used to make some of Infinity, and JBL's speakers as well.

pyramid has had good products...actually about 15 or so years ago they used the original US made PPI as a build house for some of their amps....

They made a lot of higher end speakers in Infinity and JBL's line..back in the early 80's I would run a Pyle amp against the same power RF or PPI amp.. my 100x2 pyle amp was better than my 80x2 coustic, 75x2 PPI..The good ones were silver edged fins with darker gray finish...

ok think of it this way without "PYLE" people who cannot "afford" high end audio equip kinda plants the seed if you will. THoze who cannot afford the high end stuff now may find a way to get it later due to the "Want" for better equipment! Shoot this idea applies to the folks that are well off! Furthermore, without these cheap, low quality companies would these high quality companies now become those later? think of that!
